Constitution Act - Actually a series of Acts, the first adopted in 1867, which contain much of the written part of the Canadian constitution. The Constitution Act, 1982, contains the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The Constitution Act, 1867, was formerly entitled the British North America Act.
